PayHere: Terms & Conditions Welcome to goadventurepass. By using our website, you agree to these terms. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use goadventurepass. Account Responsibility You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Bookings & Payments When you book an event, you agree to pay the total amount shown. Payments are processed securely by PayHere, Bank Transfer, or PayPal. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations follow our Refund Policy. Organizer cancellations get full refunds. Event Organizers Organizers must be verified before publishing events. goadventurepass can remove events that violate our rules. Our Liability goadventurepass is a booking platform. We are not responsible for event quality, injuries, or organizer cancellations. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Bank Transfer: Bank Transfer Terms & Conditions These terms apply specifically to payments made via Bank Transfer on goadventurepass. Payment Instructions After selecting Bank Transfer, you will receive our bank account details. Transfer the exact amount shown and use your booking ID as reference. Payment Deadline Bank transfer payments must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically. Payment Verification After you transfer the amount, upload your receipt. Verification takes 1-2 business days. Your booking is confirmed only after verification. Incorrect Transfers If you transfer the wrong amount, your booking may be delayed or cancelled. Contact support immediately. Refunds Refunds follow our Refund Policy. A LKR 500 processing fee applies to bank transfer refunds. Failed Transfers If your bank transfer fails, you will be notified. You may retry or choose another payment method.
