PayHere: Refund Policy Thank you for booking with goadventurepass. This policy outlines when and how you can get a refund. Customer Cancellations Full Refund: Cancel 14+ days before event → 100% refund Partial Refund: Cancel 7-14 days before event → 50% refund No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before event → 0% refund Organizer Cancellations If the organizer cancels the event, you get a 100% full refund. Payment Method Fees PayHere: 2.5% + LKR 10 fee (non-refundable) Bank Transfer: LKR 500 processing fee may apply PayPal: No additional fee How to Request a Refund Go to "My Bookings" → Select your booking → Click "Cancel Booking" Processing Time Refunds take 3-10 business days depending on your payment method. Bank Transfer Fees A LKR 500 processing fee applies to bank transfer refunds. This covers bank charges and administrative costs. How to Request a Refund Go to "My Bookings" → Select your booking → Click "Cancel Booking" Upload your bank statement or transaction ID for faster processing.
